The Hills Christmas lights for larger homes
Homes here tend to be big, with stone or stucco walls, multiple roof levels, and grand front entries. A display that only traces the front gutter can look thin on a house that size. Following the ridge lines, peaks and the entry, then adding wreaths and column wraps, gives it a finished look.
Our Gingerbread package, $1,500 to $3,500 for an average house, covers drip edge, soffit, ridge cap and peaks plus valleys, windows and doors, wreaths and column wraps. Larger homes are priced from your own satellite estimate.
On homes with stone or stucco walls and tile roofs, we attach lights with clips suited to the roof and gutter, never drilling in, and remove everything at the end of the season.
Holiday light installers in The Hills: a custom design plan
Because homes in The Hills vary so much and many sit under trees, we usually start with an in-person consultation. We walk the property, talk about what you want seen from the street or the course, and put it in a written design for your approval.
Once approved and paid in full, by cash or card, we order any custom pieces, install, and set the display on a solar timer that comes on at dark.
Designs are approved in writing before we order materials. Changes after approval may cost extra and can delay the install, so the consultation is the time to settle colors, extras and which sides of the house to light.
Trees, walkways and the rest of the lot
Large lots give you more to work with than the house alone. Many homeowners add lighting beyond the roofline.
Landscape lighting can also stay up all year to highlight trees, flowers and paths long after the holiday lights come down.
Walkway lighting is especially useful on longer approaches, guiding guests from the drive to the door during holiday gatherings, and it pairs nicely with a wreath and column wraps at the entry.

How pricing works for homes in The Hills
Our three packages are priced for an average house: Basic at $500 to $1,200 for drip edge and soffit, Advanced at $900 to $2,500 adding ridge caps and peaks, and Gingerbread at $1,500 to $3,500 with the full set of extras. Many homes in The Hills are larger than average, so we quote them to fit the design after the consultation.
Payment is in full before install, by cash or credit or debit card. Deposits hold your date and pay for materials, so they are non-refundable. Through the season we maintain the display, and afterward we take it down and store it in our warehouse.
